Why it works

  • PCOS: Protein-forward with a moderate pasta portion: roasted squash and beef pair with the carbs.
  • Gluten-free: Made with certified gluten-free brown rice pasta, so nothing on the plate carries wheat.
  • Anti-inflammatory: Olive oil, squash and spinach carry the sauce instead of cream or butter.
  • Hashimoto's thyroiditis: Gluten-free throughout, with no soy anywhere in the sauce or pasta.
  • No spicy food: Seasoned with oregano, garlic and lemon zest only, no chili or pepper.
  • Picky eater: A familiar pasta dinner with mild, creamy sauce and tender beef crumbles.

Celiac check: watch for hidden gluten in soy sauce, stock, malt vinegar and seasoning blends, and oats that aren’t certified. Gluten gives food ideas, not medical advice: always check labels for allergens and cross-contact.
