Why it works

  • PCOS: Protein-rich chicken and sweet potato wedges, no added sugar, avocado for good fats.
  • Gluten-free: The crunchy coating is almond flour, no breadcrumbs or wheat in sight.
  • Anti-inflammatory: Roasted in olive oil with avocado dip instead of anything fried.
  • Hashimoto's thyroiditis: No soy sauce or soy ingredients anywhere; it is seasoned with oregano, garlic and lemon.
  • No spicy food: Gentle seasoning of oregano and garlic only, nothing hot.
  • Picky eater: Nugget-style chicken and familiar wedges, dips served alongside to choose.

Celiac check: watch for hidden gluten in soy sauce, stock, malt vinegar and seasoning blends, and oats that aren’t certified. Gluten gives food ideas, not medical advice: always check labels for allergens and cross-contact.
