Kids’ plate: Cheesy chicken roll-ups

On the plate: One plain chicken and cheese roll-up cut in half, extra shredded chicken and a lime wedge left off.

Make it a game: Unroll the roll-up bit by bit and see what's hiding inside each swirl.

Set it aside at step 1, before the grown-ups’ sauce or spice goes on.

Why it works

  • Celiac disease: Everything here is naturally gluten-free: corn tortillas, homemade sauce and certified gluten-free stock.
  • Kid (4–12): Mild seasoning and a plain roll-up cut small, with lime left off.

Celiac check: watch for hidden gluten in soy sauce, stock, malt vinegar and seasoning blends, and oats that aren’t certified. Gluten gives food ideas, not medical advice: always check labels for allergens and cross-contact.
