- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice

Why it works
- Celiac disease: Naturally grain-free meal using whole vegetables, fresh herbs, and unseasoned fresh pork.
- Milk allergy: Richness comes entirely from pure olive oil and savory seared meat, with zero butter or dairy.
- Hashimoto's thyroiditis: Strictly gluten-free and free of all soy ingredients.
- Fish allergy: Centered on lean pork tenderloin with no fish, fish sauce, or seafood broths.
- Soy allergy: Seasoned simply with garlic, fresh herbs, and lemon juice rather than soy sauce or tamari.
Celiac check: watch for hidden gluten in soy sauce, stock, malt vinegar and seasoning blends, and oats that aren’t certified. Gluten gives food ideas, not medical advice: always check labels for allergens and cross-contact.
