- Hashimoto's thyroiditis: Gluten-free throughout, seasoned only with rosemary, lemon and salt.
- Autoimmune protocol (AIP): Lamb, zucchini and spinach with olive oil and rosemary — no seeds, dairy or nightshades.
- Celiac disease: Naturally gluten-free; the rub is rosemary, salt and olive oil.
- IBS: Garlic-infused oil replaces garlic; zucchini and spinach are well tolerated.
- Milk allergy: Everything is cooked in olive oil — no butter, cheese or cream.
- Wheat allergy: No wheat in the rub, the pan or the sides.
- Egg allergy: No eggs in any step.
- Gluten-free: Nothing on this plate contains gluten.
- Anti-inflammatory: Lean lamb, olive oil, zucchini and spinach, roasted rather than fried.
- Paleo: Meat, vegetables, herbs and olive oil only.
- Egg-free: The plate is complete without eggs.
- Dairy-free: Garlic-infused olive oil does the butter's job.
- No spicy food: Rosemary and lemon bring all the flavour; nothing hot.
