Why it works
- Celiac disease: Everything here is cooked from scratch: steak, roast potatoes and a chimichurri made with oil, herbs and vinegar instead of a bottled sauce.
- Milk allergy: No butter, cream or cheese anywhere: the chimichurri's olive oil base does the richness the usual steak butter would.
Celiac check: watch for hidden gluten in soy sauce, stock, malt vinegar and seasoning blends, and oats that aren’t certified. Gluten gives food ideas, not medical advice: always check labels for allergens and cross-contact.
