Why it works

  • Type 2 diabetes: No sugar anywhere; shrimp and kale over low-starch rutabaga keeps it balanced.
  • Hashimoto's thyroiditis: Gluten-free and soy-free; fresh herbs and garlic oil bring the flavour.
  • Autoimmune protocol (AIP): Shrimp, kale and rutabaga with olive oil; no spices, nuts or seeds needed.
  • Celiac disease: Every element is naturally gluten-free: shrimp, vegetables, herbs and olive oil.
  • Milk allergy: No milk, butter or cheese; olive oil does all the cooking fat work.
  • Wheat allergy: Nothing wheaty here; the pan holds only shrimp, greens and rutabaga.
  • Egg allergy: Egg-free by nature: shrimp seared in oil with fresh herbs.
  • Gluten-free: Simple whole foods only; no sauces or stocks hiding any gluten.
  • Anti-inflammatory: Wild shrimp, leafy kale and olive oil; nothing fried or processed.
  • Paleo: Shrimp and vegetables roasted in olive oil; fully paleo.
  • Egg-free: No eggs in any step; the shrimp cook straight in garlicky oil.
  • Dairy-free: Olive oil for richness instead of butter; nothing creamy on the plate.
  • No spicy food: Mild and herby; parsley and lemon zest season the shrimp gently.

Celiac check: watch for hidden gluten in soy sauce, stock, malt vinegar and seasoning blends, and oats that aren’t certified. Gluten gives food ideas, not medical advice: always check labels for allergens and cross-contact.
