- 2 cloves garlic, finely grated
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped

- Add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil, sweet potato rounds, and apple slices to the same skillet. Cook over medium heat, turning occasionally, until the sweet potatoes are tender and golden at the edges.10 min timer
- Stir in the grated garlic, chopped kale, and remaining salt. Toss gently until the kale is completely wilted and tender, about 3 minutes.3 min timer
- Return the pork chops and any rested juices to the pan to warm through before serving.
Why it works
- Autoimmune protocol (AIP): Uses fresh herbs, garlic, and seared apples for savory flavor without seed spices, nightshades, or grains.
AIP check: watch for nightshade spices (paprika, chili, cayenne), seed spices (cumin, coriander seed), seed oils and hidden sugar. Gluten gives food ideas, not medical advice: always check labels for allergens and cross-contact.
