Why it works
- Autoimmune protocol (AIP): Seasoned purely with fresh herbs, garlic, lemon, and olive oil, avoiding nightshades, seed spices, grains, and dairy, with sweet potatoes for starch.
- Hashimoto's thyroiditis: Naturally grain-free and completely free of gluten and soy.
- Pregnant: Contains no alcohol, unpasteurised dairy, or undercooked foods, using completely fresh herbs and produce.
- Toddler (1–3): Tender, soft-roasted sweet potatoes and easily mashed broccoli with gentle herbed chicken.
- Kid (4–12): Mild, familiar flavours from lemon and sweet potatoes without spicy heat.
AIP check: watch for nightshade spices (paprika, chili, cayenne), seed spices (cumin, coriander seed), seed oils and hidden sugar. Gluten gives food ideas, not medical advice: always check labels for allergens and cross-contact.
