Kids’ plate: Quesadilla dippers

On the plate: Plain chicken and cheese quesadilla wedges with a little bowl of guacamole, salsa left off.

Make it a game: Dip a wedge in the green guacamole and count the dunk before each bite.

Set it aside at step 4, before the grown-ups’ sauce or spice goes on.

Why it works

  • Celiac disease: Certified gluten-free corn tortillas and every ingredient from scratch, no flour anywhere.
  • Kid (4–12): Mild chicken and melty cheese in crisp wedges, with guacamole for dipping.

Celiac check: watch for hidden gluten in soy sauce, stock, malt vinegar and seasoning blends, and oats that aren’t certified. Gluten gives food ideas, not medical advice: always check labels for allergens and cross-contact.
