Kids’ plate: Rainbow pizza slices
On the plate: A cheese pizza strip with corn on top, peppers left off that corner, extra corn on the side.
Make it a game: Ask if they can find a green tree hiding on the grown-up half of the pan.
Set it aside at step 3, before the grown-ups’ sauce or spice goes on.
Why it works
- Celiac disease: Gluten-free dough, sauce and cornmeal-free pan, so the whole pizza is one safe bake.
- Kid (4–12): Mild cheese pizza with sweet corn and colourful vegetables laid out like a rainbow.
Celiac check: watch for hidden gluten in soy sauce, stock, malt vinegar and seasoning blends, and oats that aren’t certified. Gluten gives food ideas, not medical advice: always check labels for allergens and cross-contact.
