Why it works

  • Celiac disease: Turkey and fresh vegetables are seasoned simply, with no grains or packaged sauces.
  • Milk allergy: Olive oil, sage and garlic build flavor without dairy.
  • Hashimoto's thyroiditis: No soy, seaweed or grain products; turkey and vegetables carry the meal.
  • Fish allergy: Ground turkey, squash and kale are the only main ingredients.
  • Soy allergy: No soy ingredients; sage, garlic and olive oil season the skillet.

Celiac check: watch for hidden gluten in soy sauce, stock, malt vinegar and seasoning blends, and oats that aren’t certified. Gluten gives food ideas, not medical advice: always check labels for allergens and cross-contact.
