Why it works

  • Autoimmune protocol (AIP): Built on pork, rutabaga, and kale cooked in olive oil with fresh rosemary and garlic, keeping out nightshades, grains, seeds, dairy, and coconut.
  • Hashimoto's thyroiditis: Completely gluten-free and soy-free, seasoned naturally with fresh herbs and sea salt.
  • Pregnant: Free from alcohol, unpasteurised foods, or high-mercury seafood.
  • Toddler (1–3): Steamed rutabaga provides a soft texture alongside tender pork bites.
  • Kid (4–12): Mild savory skillet with familiar tender meat and soft root vegetables.

AIP check: watch for nightshade spices (paprika, chili, cayenne), seed spices (cumin, coriander seed), seed oils and hidden sugar. Gluten gives food ideas, not medical advice: always check labels for allergens and cross-contact.
