Why it works

  • PCOS: Lean fish and cabbage on corn tortillas, with fibre and protein in every taco.
  • Gluten-free: Corn tortillas hold the filling, so there is no wheat or bread anywhere.
  • Anti-inflammatory: Baked fish, cabbage slaw and avocado, dressed with lime and olive oil instead of a heavy sauce.
  • Hashimoto's thyroiditis: Corn tortillas, fish and vegetables only, with no soy or seaweed in the seasoning.
  • No spicy food: Cumin and lime carry the flavour, with no chili in the rub or the slaw.
  • Picky eater: Each taco is built plain at the table, so the slaw and avocado can go on bit by bit.
  • Milk allergy: The creamy topping is mashed avocado and lime, with no sour cream or cheese.
