Kids’ plate: Beef Lettuce Wraps
On the plate: Mild beef strips in lettuce leaves with grated carrot on the side.
Make it a game: Make a little lettuce boat for each beef strip. Add carrot like a bright orange sail, or keep it beside the boat.
Set it aside at step 3, before the grown-ups’ sauce or spice goes on.

- Toddler (1–3): Small thin beef pieces, finely grated carrot, soft lettuce pieces, and avocado slices.
