Why it works
- Celiac disease: Gluten-free linguine is tossed in a sauce built from olive oil, garlic, wine and lemon — no flour and no soy sauce anywhere.
- Milk allergy: This scampi gets its silky sauce from olive oil and pasta water instead of butter, so it stays glossy and rich without any dairy.
Celiac check: watch for hidden gluten in soy sauce, stock, malt vinegar and seasoning blends, and oats that aren’t certified. Gluten gives food ideas, not medical advice: always check labels for allergens and cross-contact.
