Why it works
- Celiac disease: Naturally grain-free base seasoned with gluten-free vegetable broth and pure spices.
- Milk allergy: Cooked entirely in rich olive oil with no butter, milk, or cheese.
- Hashimoto's thyroiditis: Kept entirely free from gluten, soy, and seaweed ingredients.
- Fish allergy: Plant-based protein from chickpeas, made with vegetable broth and no fish products or fish sauce.
- Soy allergy: Free from soy, relying on garlic, whole spices, and lemon for deep flavor.
Celiac check: watch for hidden gluten in soy sauce, stock, malt vinegar and seasoning blends, and oats that aren’t certified. Gluten gives food ideas, not medical advice: always check labels for allergens and cross-contact.
