Kids’ plate: Chicken and rice dipper bowls

On the plate: Plain chicken pieces, jasmine rice and soft green beans, curry sauce on the side for dipping.

Make it a game: Dip a chicken piece in the sauce and see how much coconut gets on it — then build a little rice mountain.

Set it aside at step 3, before the grown-ups’ sauce or spice goes on.

Why it works

  • Celiac disease: Coconut milk, fresh chicken and vegetables with gluten-free curry paste and fish sauce — no wheat anywhere.
  • Kid (4–12): Mild plain chicken, rice and soft green beans, with the curry sauce kept on the side.

Celiac check: watch for hidden gluten in soy sauce, stock, malt vinegar and seasoning blends, and oats that aren’t certified. Gluten gives food ideas, not medical advice: always check labels for allergens and cross-contact.
